Having purchased the house not long before our appointment, our clients had already fallen in love with the grounds, location, views and Edwardian architecture of their relatively new home, but realised it needed some modernisation, extensions and layout alterations to make it fit their busy, modern family lifestyle.Â
Nye Saunders successfully obtained permission for a range of extensions and alterations to achieve this refurbishment, prepared tender drawings and works schedules as a basis for main contractors to price the works and oversaw the tender process.
The construction stage was carried out by Trademark Design & Build.
