Following positive pre-application advice, and negotiations with Waverley Borough Council, we were delighted to obtain planning consent for a substantial extension to our clients’ family home in an Area of Great Landscape Value.
The careful positioning of glazing in the additional accommodation will ensure it is flooded with natural light, with the proposed works having been designed to harmonise with and complement the existing building in both form and the selection of materials.
