Success with our Latest Permitted Development Project

This project focused on converting part of an existing office building within a Conservation Area into a new dwelling, while retaining space for the original offices. It builds on a previously approved scheme that included new windows and door openings, to allow sufficient daylight into the new dwelling as required for a permitted development conversion.  Careful negotiation with the Conservation Officer paid dividends!
