Planning Approval

Nye Saunders have achieved another grey belt planning approval for three houses in West Horsley. After a long and complicated journey Guildford Borough Council have granted planning consent for three barn style houses on the edge of West Horsley, replacing a pair of agricultural buildings. It often seems that planning is a long slog but through perseverance and working with the planning officer at GBC to arrive at an acceptable scheme, our diligence paid off.
