We are thrilled for our clients Latchmere Properties Ltd on the granting of planning permission by Mole Valley District Council for an exciting development of five new detached homes on a site in Bookham following the consideration of the proposals at the recent Planning Committee meeting.
The development replaces a mixed commercial use on a site outside of the settlement boundary and within the green belt and AONB.
Once constructed, the properties will benefit from desirable south facing gardens, and front elevations taking advantage of views to the north extending as far as London on a clear day.
