Every new homeowner, even if that home was part of an award-winning development, wants to personalise the property and ensure it reflects their individual needs. 

We were therefore pleased to be able to secure planning permission for a new timber-clad double garage to enhance our client’s enjoyment of his beautiful new-build home.  There were several site constraints and planning challenges to overcome, but we were able to navigate our way through these and guide our client to the successful outcome he needed to create this great addition to the original scheme.
