In collaboration with Geoff Douglass of PELHAM PLANNING ASSOCIATES LIMITED , we are delighted to have secured another planning consent that demonstrates the opportunities presented by Grey Belt development.
Following extensive negotiations with Guildford Borough Council, our clients have been granted permission for four detached homes on a previously undeveloped Green Belt site on the edge of West Horsley.
This approval adds to the growing body of successful applications that are helping to define and test the scope of Grey Belt policy in practice.
