Planning Success in Epsom

We are delighted with Epsom & Ewell Planning Committee’s recommendation that permission be granted to our clients for the redevelopment of a sensitive Green Belt site in Epsom. With the support of Nye Saunders’ design expertise and the wider project team, Causeway Planning successfully argued that the site of a former stud farm should be designated as ‘Grey Belt’, enabling its redevelopment to provide a mix of much needed market homes and social housing within the Borough. The scheme will also include a new supported living facility for adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.  A great outcome for our client and a more efficient and sustainable use of previously developed land delivering social infrastructure benefits while securing the long-term viability of the site.
