Planning Success

After a journey of nearly 2½ years, we’re delighted to share that planning approval has been granted for three new homes in Surrey.

This project is a great example of perseverance and collaboration. The original scheme was refused in June 2023 and the appeal dismissed in 2024. The scheme focused on unlocking the potential of a generous plot and transforming a single dwelling with a large garden into three thoughtfully designed homes.

We worked closely with Pelham Planning Associates Ltd, revisited the design, reconfigured Plot 2 to address concerns around separation distances between the neighbouring properties and created a scheme that respects the character and context of the area.
