Planning Consent in Oxfordshire

Obtaining planning consent on behalf of our clients is always a pleasure for all concerned, but we are particularly delighted with our latest success, originating as it did from our Oxfordshire office.


Although not a Listed Building, our clients’ property sits within a Conservation Area. Whereas homeowners outside Conservation Areas can undertake certain works to their building without the need for planning permission, properties within Conservation Areas are subject to extra planning controls and considerations which need the assistance of a suitably experienced conservation Architect to successfully navigate.


Extending our reach beyond the Southeast gives us the opportunity to use our expertise to help even more clients bring their architectural vision to life, be it caring for a Listed Building, extending an existing property or designing a bespoke new-build forever home.
