This past week, Nye Saunders obtained planning consent for a two bedroom bungalow on a tricky back garden plot in the Surrey Hills.
Our good relationship with the planning department at Mole Valley District Council allowed us to work together with the planning officer to refine the design so that he was able to recommend the scheme for approval to the planning committee. The site presented several challenges, not least having no direct vehicle access, but we secured the consent despite parish council opposition.
