As Inspecting Architect, our Director Adam Hieke has the pleasure to visiting and surveying a range of listed Church buildings under his care.  Though steeped in history and glorious to view, these magnificent ancient buildings do require extensive ongoing maintenance to ensure their longevity, as do any historic buildings, public or private. 

Identifying and commissioning appropriate repairs of any defects by skilled craftsmen using suitable materials is essential to respect and preserve these beautiful structures. 

As with any listed property, regular inspection, and preventative measures to keep the building weatherproof, watertight and in good repair are essential.
