Extensions & Alterations to Grade 2 Listed Surrey Farmhouse

Nye Saunders have gained planning and listed building consent from Mole Valley District Council for extensions and alterations to a grade 2 listed farmhouse near Reigate.

Working together with the local authority’s Historic Environment Officer we created a design which both he and our client were happy with and could be recommended for approval.

The design incorporates a copper roofed verandah to make the most of the lakeside setting and an extension to provide open plan modern living alongside the historic farmhouse.
