Conversion of Curtilage Listed Barn to Events Venue

Over the years Nye Saunders have converted barns of all types to residential and other uses ranging from modern steel or concrete framed barns to traditional oak framed listed buildings. Often our clients want their house to provide an income as well as a place to live. We secured planning and listed building consent for the curtilage listed Somersbury Barn https://somersburybarn.co.uk/ to be converted to a flexible use as ancillary accommodation to the main house as well as a wedding and other events venue. We have recently discharged the pre-occupation planning conditions and the venue is now open for weddings and other events.
