The use of a modern architectural form enabled us to maximise the development potential on this site, which originally housed a single bungalow, by twisting the long side elevations to face southwards ensuring maximum light and an open feel with the use of the area’s double height spaces.
Planning was a challenge and took two applications and an appeal to finally secure permission, but the end result was certainly worth all the hard work.
The properties are now on the market with Knight Frank and we hope the eventual owners will continue to enjoy these light, open, modern homes.
