Planning Consent Obtained for Barn Conversion in Farnham

We are very pleased that planning permission has been granted to convert a concrete framed Atcost barn into a 4 bedroom residential dwelling incorporating upside down living in Farnham.

We worked closely with Paradigm Planning Consultants and our clients to develop the design for a contemporary barn conversion, and obtained planning consent under delegated powers without the need to go before the Planning Committee.

The barn is laid out with the main living spaces on the first floor, with a balcony to take advantage of attractive views over the town of Farnham.
