In the first instance contact us for an informal initial chat. At this stage we will ask you a few background questions about your project such as location, listed status, idea of budget, timescales, together with brief outline of what you are looking to achieve.

We would then look to arrange a meeting to discuss the project in more detail and so that we can gain an in-depth understanding of your requirements in order to fully develop the project brief.

You may have very specific views on exactly what you would like to build or you may be open-minded to some innovative thinking and would like to utilise our creative skills and problem-solving talents to deliver a unique design.

This meeting would usually focus around your…

-              Goals & objectives

-              Practical considerations

-              Likes & dislikes

-              Inspirations

-              Extent of services

Following this meeting we would then provide you with a Fee Proposal for our services.

Assuming you are happy to proceed we would then issue a Formal Fee Agreement and a written Form of Appointment for you to sign, which is legal requirement in order to comply with RIBA regulations.  Once you have signed this we will officially start working on your project.
