Conversion of large office building into mixture of residential and commercial units.

 

Nye Saunders obtained planning consent to convert this substantial office building in the centre of Reigate into a mixture of flats and commercial units. The proposals included the construction of a new floor containing 4 penthouse units as well as a complete refurbishment of the facades of the building.
