Nye Saunders Ltd obtained planning consent for our client Barret Homes, for the restoration and conversion of Tanyard Barn into a community centre. 

 

The barn is curtilage listed , set in the grounds of a grade II listed farm house. The proposals aimed to restore the derelict building whilst preserving its historic character, integrity and setting.
