Nye Saunders as inspecting architects had identified the need for repairs to the tower roof and walls in 2004.

 

We assisted with HLF grant applications and with AABC accreditation we are able to work on Historic England funded projects.

 

Consents were negotiated, specifications of work prepared, tenders sought and the work overseen under a JCT Minor Works building contract.

 

The works involved significant timber repairs and structural improvements, leadwork reroofing and stone repairs to the tower walls.
