Nye Saunders as inspecting architects had identified the need for spire shingling repairs in 2016.

 

We assisted with HLF grant applications and with AABC accreditation we are able to work on Historic England funded projects. Consents were negotiated, specifications of work prepared, tenders sought and the work overseen under a JCT Minor Works building contract.

 

​The works involved spire re-shingling, timber repairs and associated roof repairs.
