NEW BUILD

Ripley, Surrey

Nye Saunders obtained planning consent to convert an existing barn in Ripley into two dwellings whilst also accommodating a further two houses onto the site. Our objective was to provide maximum return for our client whilst maintaining quality design and good amenity for future residents.

 

The site is located within a conservation area and bounded by a listed building which presented a series of challenges through the design process however our experience and knowledge in these areas allowed us produce an final scheme which was well received by our client and the local planning authority.
