Demolition of existing house and erection of 3 large detached houses between 2008 and 2010.

 

Nye Saunders secured planning consent for the demolition of the existing house and erection of 3 new neo-georgian style houses with contempoary interiors for a well known local developer.

 

We prepared a set of detailed building regulation drawings (plans, sections, elevations) of each house and co-ordinated and overlaid structural engineers and thermal assessors information for the developer to construct from in house.
