A new large Elizabethan Mansion constructed following the demolition of the existing bungalow which occupied the site.

The house is of exceptionally high build quality and features a new, traditionally detailed and jointed green oak frame forming the roof of the double height living spaces. Nye Saunders provided full architects services from planning through to completion with all elements being fully detailed including the numerous stone fireplaces and Oak feature doors.

Nye Saunders worked on the property several years later for new owners in securing consent for a pool house.
