NEW BUILD

Plaistow, West Sussex

In conjunction with D&M Planning, Nye Saunders obtained consent for a 15,000sq ft new Georgian style country house on the site of a former brickworks in West Sussex. 

 

The house included a triple height grand stair hall, indoor swimming pool complex and staff accommodation over a triple garage.  Following the sale of the site with the benefit of planning consent Nye Saunders provided a working drawings and building regulations package to the developer who constructed the house.
