NEW CONTEMPORARY BARN

Construction of a new contemporary detached dwelling. Sister company Brewer Jewel Architects, who have  now amalgamated with Nye Saunders, obtained the original  planning consent.  The project was then project managed and run on site by KTA Developments for a private client. 

 

Features include renewable energies in the form of air source heat pumps, wood burning stoves and rainwater harvesting. The house is also constructed under the Code for Sustainable Homes.
