Conversion of and extensions to redundant farm buildings (one Grade 2 listed) and Change of Use into offices.

 

Nye Saunders obtained planning & Listed Building Consent and oversaw the detailed design and building contract.

 

Features include 10% energy renewables using underfloor heating fed from a central plant room and powered by low temperature hot water obtained from a heat pump fed from the nearby River Tillingbourne.
