This existing Arts and Crafts house located in an elevated position overlooking the Surrey Hills had been largely unaltered since its construction in the early 20th Century.
 

The house underwent complete internal refurbishment together with some exterior alterations to further enhance its intrinsic Arts and Crafts character. Of particular note was the application of a traditionally constructed solid oak framework wallpaper over the original, bland rendered entrance gable.

We also designed two extensions, one to create a spacious kitchen and breakfast room taking advantage of the spectacular views and the other to provide home office accommodation.
