NEW BUILD

A self contained arts building, comprising one classroom, storage and toilet facilities for London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Designed within a tight budget, the challenge was to keep a contemporary feel.

 

The crisp flat roof design with cedar ship-lap cladding, contrasts with the brick and pitched roof of the main school building. Sliding folding doors allow the classroom to spill out into the playground.
