A significant three storey extension to a grade II listed medieval manor house.

Nye Saunders were commissioned to design an extension to house a swimming pool, drawing room, games room and living accommodation.  The project ranged over three floors from extensive basements, a double height drawing room with oak framing and bedrooms on the first floor.

 

We obtained planning and Listed Building consent and oversaw the works on site.
