Nye Saunders had been recommended to Epsom Town Council and were approached to assist them with implementing the works following issue of a Grant from the Historic England War Graves, commissioned in 2014.

 

Consents were negotiated, specifications of work prepared, tenders sought and the work overseen under a JCT Minor Works building contract.The works involved stone cleaning, stone repairs and specialist investigation of decorations to metalwork railings etc. and redecoration.
