BACKLAND DEVELOPMENT

East Horsley, Surrey

We have been working with a home owner in East Horsley to develop a scheme to construct a new single storey dwelling in the back garden of their listed property. The scheme is proposed in a modern style with references to Frank Lloyd Wright work. Following the changes outlined in the new Guildford Local Plan this site’s development potential has improved which we intend to assist the client in maximising.
