Having gained planning consent for phase 1 for our clients Latchmere Properties, we secured consent for two further phases of two houses each. The individually designed houses were granted planning consent, overcoming Epsom and Ewell Borough Council’s planning policy which seeks to prevent back land development. The houses were carefully designed in a traditional style to prevent overlooking into the surrounding gardens while maximising the development potential for our client. Our master plan for the whole site allowed our clients to unlock an adjacent land-locked parcel of land for development.
