Charles Stuart House, was a 1980s office building in a neo-Georgian style which Nye Saunders converted into six luxury flats for Latchmere Properties all of which were sold off plan. 

 

Prior approval was obtained for the conversion, and Nye Saunders prepared the construction information package, tendered the works and administered the contract through to completion.
