Nye Saunders and WYG obtained planning permission to demolish a tired 1970’s dwelling and replace it with two luxury houses in a neo-Georgian style complete with basements, gyms and home cinemas.  The houses are located near Warwick’s Bench and enjoy the far-reaching stunning views across Guildford at the same time as benefitting from a location central to the town. A sympathetic design made the most of the sloping site at the rear whilst ensuring careful consideration was given to positioning a new entrance avoiding the protected trees at the front.
