This site is located within the Green Belt, outside of a settlement area in Send, Woking. It is bounded by the River Wey Navigation to the north, a designated conservation area and falls within the 'Corridor of the River Wey', whilst the land to the opposite side of the Wey Navigation is designated as a Site of Nature Conservation Importance.
