Demolition of the existing house and erection of a new traditionally detailed oak framed house with basement, garage and outbuildings between 2009 and 2012.

 

Nye Saunders secured planning consent for the demolition of the existing house and erection of a new house 40% larger than the original in the Green Belt and Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

 

We prepared a full working drawings package in conjunction with Oakwrights of Heredforshire and wrote a detailed schedule for works for tender purposes.  Nye Saunders let, administered and inspected the works onsite under the Building Contract under the JCT Intermediate building contract.
