Nye Saunders took an existing planning consent, which traded the demolition of modern extensions to the Bookham Grange Hotel for three detached houses with the remaining hotel building being converted into five flats, and gained planning consent for additional orangeries, garages and roof space accommodation to each house and redesigned the hotel conversion to create an additional apartment.
In addition, Nye Saunders gained planning consent for a fourth house replacing a semi-derelict staff accommodation building. Nye Saunders provided the full construction information package and administered the contract on site.
