Nye Saunders carried out an initial feasibility study and liaising with the local conservation officers. We subsequently obtained all the necessary planning and listed building consents for the building owners.
We also worked closely with Cooper Withycombe the structural engineers to overcome major structural issues with the party wall and existing first floor structure. The building was left as a blank canvas for fitting out.
The entire ground floor shop and office were subsequently let to Scully and Scully Hairdressers.
