Development of 18 flats over Two retail units.


Nye Saunders Ltd obtained planning consent for our developer client to create a mixed use retail and residential development on a restricted brown-field site alongside the main London railway line.


The plan located the circulation on the rear of the building to provide an acoustic buffer between the flats and the railway. Nye Saunders prepared an employers requirements package to allow a Design and Build contract to be let. We were novated to the main contractor and prepared a full package of construction drawings.
