We have built up a good working relationship with planning and conservation officers in most of the local authorities in the locality and can provide advice on the feasibility of developments. A significant number of our projects come through referrals from local authority conservation and planning officers.
We would normally handle the consultation with the planning authority ourselves but where a development situation requires a more specialist knowledge of planning law we work closely with several local planning consultants to assist in maximising development potential.
We can also undertake planning appeals and provide expert witnessing services.
On a number of projects we have achieved success both through our planning and architectural skills and also our particular expertise in graphic presentation.
